Shipping


All international orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which means that all duties or taxes are paid. All shipments are shipped via FedEx Express, but unexpected shipping delays may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses or disasters.



Returns / Refunds


Ordered items must comply with STARSICA returns & refunds policy.


- Returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective and size exchanges are limited to one time only.

- If you receive an product damaged condition or if it does not quite match the description on site, please contact Customer Service team(cs@starsica.com) as soon as possible.

- Customers should request the exchange via email(cs@starsica.com) in 7 days from the receiving date and the product must be shipped back to STARSICA in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.

- Any ordered products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received for a refund.

- STARSICA is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and cannot proceed the refund in this case.

- Please note that refunds may take 2-3 business days and will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping costs (varying by size and country), customs duties (calculated by local customs), and PayPal transaction fees (4.4% of the total order value + 0.30 USD).

- For partial returns, the refund will be issued after deducting one-way shipping (30 USD), customs duties (calculated by your local customs), and PayPal transaction fees (4.4% of the total order value + 0.30 USD).
