Shipping


All international orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which means that all duties or taxes are paid. All shipments are shipped via FedEx Express, but unexpected shipping delays may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses or disasters.



Returns / Refunds


Ordered items must comply with STARSICA returns & refunds policy.


- Exchange is not available for international orders.

- Once the CS team accepts a return request, STARSICA issues a return label and invoice to the customer via email.

- After you issue the return label, the customer receives a confirmation email with all the details they need to complete the return.

- Customers should request the return via email(cs@starsica.com) in 7 days from the receiving date and the return must be shipped back to STARSICA in 14 days otherwise it could be cancelled.

- Any ordered items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received for a refund.

- STARSICA is not responsible to lost or damaged products during shipment caused by insufficient packing, and cannot proceed the refund in this case.

- If you receive an item damaged condition or if it does not quite match the description on site, please contact Customer Service team(cs@starsica.com) as soon as possible.

- Please note that refunds may take 2-3 business days and will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping costs (varying by size and country), customs duties (calculated by local customs), and PayPal transaction fees (4.4% of the total order value + 0.30 USD).

- For partial returns, the refund will be issued after deducting one-way shipping (30 USD), customs duties (calculated by your local customs), and PayPal transaction fees (4.4% of the total order value + 0.30 USD).
